Refund/Cancellation Policy

Quality Real Estate provides property-related information, enquiry handling, consultation, brokerage, marketing, and related real-estate assistance.

This Refund/Cancellation Policy explains the general terms applicable to cancellations and refunds. Specific transactions may also be governed by a separate written agreement, booking form, allotment letter, service agreement, or developer policy.

2. Property Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through https://qualityrealestate.in is generally free and does not create a purchase, booking, lease, brokerage, or service contract.

Because a general enquiry does not involve payment, no refund is applicable for submitting or withdrawing an enquiry.

3. Cancellation of Services

If you have purchased a paid service from Quality Real Estate, you may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible at:

Cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the applicable service agreement and the stage at which the service has been performed.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered where:

  • A paid service has not yet commenced;
  • Quality Real Estate is unable to provide the agreed service;
  • A refund is specifically provided for in a written agreement; or
  • A refund is required under applicable law.

Refunds may not be available where:

  • The service has already been fully or substantially performed;
  • Costs have already been incurred for the customer;
  • The cancellation is made after work has commenced;
  • The payment relates to a non-refundable third-party charge;
  • The transaction is governed by a developer, builder, owner, bank, or other third-party policy; or
  • The customer has provided incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Property Booking and Transaction Payments

Any booking amount, token amount, advance, security deposit, registration amount, brokerage, commission, or other property-related payment may be subject to separate terms issued by the relevant owner, developer, builder, landlord, broker, or service provider.

Quality Real Estate is not responsible for refunds controlled or processed by another party. Customers should carefully review the applicable booking documents and payment terms before making payment.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Your full name;
  • Contact details;
  • Payment date and amount;
  • Transaction or booking reference, if applicable;
  • Reason for the request; and
  • Relevant payment proof or supporting documents.

We may request additional information to verify the request.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, approved refunds may be processed within [7–14 business days] after confirmation.

Applicable taxes, transaction charges, administrative fees, or non-refundable third-party charges may be deducted where legally permitted and disclosed in the applicable agreement.

8. Cancellation by Quality Real Estate

Quality Real Estate may cancel or suspend a service where:

  • Information provided is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • Fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity is suspected;
  • Payment is not received or is reversed;
  • The requested service is unavailable; or
  • Cancellation is required for legal, operational, or security reasons.

Where appropriate, any refund will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund/Cancellation Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
